2 Months Old

I can't believe my baby is 2 months old already!!! he is growing so big and we are loving him every minute. He still only wakes once a night and has been smiling and trying to talk more each day. He has been such a little angel and we love him so much!!! here is Daigen saying cheese. I LOVE his eyes in this picture, he has been such a great little big brother, he loves Bosten more each day...

Wednesday's Nightmare!!!

Wednesday morning Daigen woke up around 5:15am(very unusual for him) so at 6:30 Dan went and got him out of bed and started to feed Bosten, meanwhile I am still sleeping. At 7am Dan brings Bosten into me so that I can feed him and then Dan leaves to go running. Before he goes he always locks everything up so daigen cannot get into it. I was in the bedroom with the door locked (that's what we have to do now days with EVERY room)and Daigen was "watching TV" so I thought. Dan came home from running about 40 mins later and brought the video recorder into me to see what our son had been up too. I guess he forgot to lock the pantry!! Needless to say our Costco size pancake mix is all gone!!!! Yep you read right ALL GONE!! I thought it was flour, but noooo it had to be the $7 bag of pancake mix. This stuff was everywhere!! In the living room, dining room and all over him. So we have decided he is For Sale to any of you that would love to have some excitement in your home!! LOL!! J/K. We love you Daigen just not half of the stuff you do!! for punishment we made him clean it up!! We hope you enjoy these pics because we did not enjoy cleaning this up!!!

Bosten's Blessing

Sunday we blessed Bosten. We had alot of family in town for the blessing and the 4th so that was alot of fun and chaotic!! Here are some pics from the morning of the blessing. Bosten is 6 1/2 weeks already and Daigen is 22 months. I contemplated posting the family photo, I just can't wait to get all the weight off of me!!!!

Fishing with Bentley

Last week Dan and Daigen went fishing with Shane and Bentley. They had a blast!! Daigen loved Bentley and they even caught a little fishy. Thanks Shane for taking the boys, we need to let the boys play more!

4 weeks old already!!!!

Here is Bosten at 4 weeks. I can't believe how fast time really can fly bye!! Bosten has been such an incredibly good baby. I feel very blessed in MANY ways. It's amazing to know that the Lord truly knows what you can and can't handle. Daigen is getting better with him each day, however that doesn't mean that the terrible twos have not hit and I meanTERRIBLE!!!! It's a good thing he is so stinkin cute!! Bath Time & TV junkie

Here is Bosten's first bath at home, he hates bath time and so do I righ now. I can't wait for his cord to fall off. Daigen's seemed to have fallen off way soon, Bosten's is taking FOREVER!!!!! The other day I got out of the shower and came to the living room and saw Daigen sitting like this watching TV it was so cute. He moved the ottoamn over to the TV and sat down he looks like he is about ready to fall off the back!!

My Two Boys

So Daigen really did not like Bosten at all when we first got home, but the last few days he has been so cute. He loves to hold his brother and gives hime kisses all the time. His favorite thing to do is help us hold his bottle while we are feeding him. And he makes gulping noises as Bosten is eating. I can't believe how fast they grow up, Daigen seems soooo big to me since we had Bosten. Bosten was 8lbs at his two week check up and is starting to get a little "fuller" When we left the hospital he weighed 7lbs 1 oz, so in 1 1/2 weeks he gained nearly 1 lb, he is a little piggy. He will nurse for about 30 min and then we supplement with a 1 1/2 to 2 oz bottle, this goes on every 3 to 4 hrs. (I don't produce enough milk alone, thus we supplement) oh well at least he is getting some breast milk. Things are finally starting to feel normal again, whatever that may be, but atleast I am doing better. Hopefully we are done with all the hospital stays!!!
