Tribute to Grandma

It's a sad, but glorious day as we have lost the greatest Grandma in the world.I wanted to pay tribute to the last thing I had left of my Mother. My grandmother passed away this morning and is now with her wonderful husband who passed on before her 11 years ago, with her son in law that passed on 8 years ago and with her daughter who passed on nearly 5 years ago as well. How happy she must be to be with them all and embracing the Savior at the same time. I want her to know how much I looked up to her. She was a great example to all the lives she came in contact with. I will never forget and always treasure the times we had together as we struggled to watch my Mom with her sickness. How hard it must have been for her to watch her beautiful daughter struggle as she was losing the battle of life. She was a STRONG woman who rarely showed much emotion in public, but I know she would release it in private. Grandma you were a strength to me, an example of what true unconditional love is,I am grateful for your testimony and to be a legacy of yours. May I always live for that legacy to attain the highest degree in the celestial kingdom so that I can be with all my family in the eternities. I love you more than you will ever know and I am so happy for you, you are now out of pain and with those that you love. Send my love and kisses to Grandpa and my Mother... God be with you till we meet again...... I love you always and forever

34 weeks (I say 35 weeks)

So many have asked me to post photos and here you go, I didn't even want to take these photos and then I got to thinking that I 'll never know if I'll get this incredible experience again and I would hate not to have any photos. I know I complain quite often, but I want everyone to know that I am extremely grateful for this opportunity that I have been given to bear a child. Even the beautiful strectch marks on my hips that I have gotten in the process!! :) We are so lucky to not only have one little miracle, (Daigen) but now we will soon have two. Thank you to all that have continued to pray for us. We love you all. And I hope you all enjoy!! I am getting a lot bigger than I ever thought I could!!! It's amazing how far you stomach can stretch!! We will continue to keep you posted on the progress of the baby!!

Never A Dull Moment

Here are some more famous random shots of Daigen. As you can see he is always doing or getting into something. He makes us laugh all the time with his little weird qwirks, which he gets from his Dad of course!!!! :) All is well here just counting down the weeks until we have another one!!!

Empathy Belly

So we decided to take a birthing class, being this is our "first" pregnancy. What an adventure!!! More poor husband.... Yeah right, I don't feel sorry for him AT ALL!!!! After what I have been through the last 8 months those 10 hours were NOTHING!!! He got to see a few births (birds eye few) and see exactly what it means to be 10 cm dilated. My favorite part was him wearing the empathy belly while we were learning birthing positions and how to "comfort" Mom during those awful contractions. I had NO sympathy for him as he had on his 35 lb belly, I made him cater to me regardless if it hurt him at all!! It was pure HEAVEN. Here are a few fun pictures of that lovely day!!!

Happy Easter!!

This weekend was very eventful for us. Daigen had the opportunity to have 2 easter egg hunts, that both Mommy and Daddy had to miss because we had our lovely birthing class. But he got way to much candy and caught on REAL fast we heard. Sunday morning daigen was so cute when he woke up and saw that the Easter bunny had left him a basket of candy on the fireplace. He got soooo excited!!! Sunday night we went to my sisters for a big delicious dinner and had a lot of fun!! Here are a few photos of this weekend. Our San Diego Trip

Unfortunately I must say we are back. We had the best time ever, other than missing our little baby we wanted to stay even longer. WE were amazed at all the things their are to do in SD. It is such a beautiful city with so much to do. We arrived Fri. and went on a 2 hour Trolley ride around the city. We were able to see what attractions we would then want to spend time seeing. we also found the Mormon Batallion Museum so we stop in there and that was neat. Saturday we decided to head to the Zoo. We spent all day there and had a lot of fun. Sunday we headed to hte Harbor and saw the USS Midway, ships that they have used in a few movies, Princess cruise ship, (they are enormous) and then went to Seaport Village where they had a live band playing so we got us some lunch and chilled there for a while. Then we headed over to Coronada Island and went to the beach the weather was in the 70's that day just beautiful. Coronada Island is beautiful, that is were the Old Hotel is it was built in the 1800's and is amazing!!! The beach was beautiful it is rated #2 of the top 10 beaches in America. Monday we went to Sea World, that was alot of un to go to the shows and see all the whales and dolphins. It was a blistering 78* and I was miserable that day. Dan and I were laughing beacuse I got so swollen, I had cankles, I couldn't get my wedding ring off and I couldn't bend my toes, but it was worth it!!! Tuesday we just lounged around and flew home!! BTW we flew Express Jet, neither one of us had ever heard of them, but they were amazing they totally hook you up while in flight and they are so nice!! ANyway here are a few photos of our trip, I'll post more ina few days!!! :)

SAN DIEGO HERE WE COME........

So i am totally excited!!! Dan and I leave tomorrow morning for San Diego just the two of us. I've been itching to get away before baby arrives and we decided to head to California. We iwll be gone 5 days!!!!!! daigen is going to be watch by some family and wonderful friends that I have!!!! I am kind a scared to leave him (1st time we will both be gone) but I know he couldn't be in better hands!!! Stay tuned for pics of our wonderful trip!!! Lots of Loves to all........
