DANG GOOD thing I was
NOT home when this happened!!!! I got home from work Friday evening to find my beautiful home
"invaded" with
PERMANENT BLACK MARKER everywhere. When I first walked in and saw it all, I was instantly sick to my stomach. Seriously, how does something like this happen!!! Dan was working in his office while the boys were going "to town" in the living room, kitchen as well as themselves. I wanted to be soooo angry at him for allowing this, but I can't... he has to work too and unfortunately this just had to happen on "his" time. However, Daigen knows better and
that is what makes me angry. Here are just
a few of the places he marked up.... You can't see the window that good, but I had 4 windows attacked.... Thanks to rubbing alcohol I got it off the hardwood, window sills and windows.

My wall in the entry way.... Nothing works at taking it off the walls... well rubbing alcohol works but it also takes the first layer of your paint with it.... so the verdict for all the walls is NEW PAINT!!! I just can't wait to spend my
precious day off painting!!!

even the toy box got attacked!!! As well as the back of our leather sectional. I knew this day would come sometime, but why not with crayon!!!

I'm sorry but I can't help but giggle. I know it's a huge pain in the ass though. I think this happens to just about everyone though. Welcome to the club. :D
oh wow! I'm sure that was hard not to get to upset. I hope you can get most of it off.
I'm glad your kids are still alive. I'm not sure mine would've survived. Holy crap!! That is unreal. I would love to come help with the painting if I lived closer. Jarom said if our kids did that all markers would disappear from the house and our poor kids would grow up not knowing what a marker is. I have a hard enough time with washable marker on clothes, skin, and toys. Good luck with your disaster. loves.

OH MY GOSH! i must give you props for not getting mad! I would have very furious!!! i'm sooo sorry! that is my biggest fear!
Oh my goodness! I have had my girls do smaller jobs but, that is extraordinary! I don't know what I would of done. You are a saint. I can't wait to see more updates. Hope you are doing well. Miss you Cala!
